To submit a warranty claim, please email your proof of purchase and a photo & description of the issue to: australia@bloombaby.com
Once your information is received it will take a minimum of 3-5 business days for processing. Additional information may be required at which time a bloom member will contact you.
All warranty claims require a proof of purchase or bloombaby.com order number.
Product warranties do not apply to secondhand items, floor models, discounted items or purchases made through non-approved bloom retailers (ebay, craigslist etc)
